AXIOM Systems is a project consulting firm specializing in the healthcare market, and our services and products are driven by our extensive knowledge of the "business of healthcare" and a detailed understanding of the regulatory and technology issues that drive business and information technology
initiatives.

To support its clients AXIOM is looking to fill a Facets Consultant position. This opportunity is immediately available and the ideal candidates will have experience working as part of a team or as a team lead within a consulting environment. 

Position does not require relocation but does require weekly travel to client site.

Responsibilities

A Facets Consultant who has strong application skills, responsible for Facets analysis and configuration and consultation to our key clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience and expertise on Facets.
  • Experience must include a strong understanding of all the following Facets modules: Claims, Benefit Plans / Product, Membership, Provider, Billing, Commissions, Letters, etc. 
  • NetworX and Workflow is a plus. 
  • 5+ Years of general consulting experience. 
  • 5+ Years of business analysis background.
  • 5+ Years of gathering and facilitating requirements design sessions.
  • Proven experience working with EDI systems, and sound knowledge of all or most of the HIPAA 5010 transactions.
  • Proven ability to support complex system configuration changes and new configuration requirements, including configuration analysis, and product design, build and test. 
  • Ability to provide analysis, problem solving, and interpret application configuration. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge of Facets data structures. 
  • Ability to work with Facets using SQL
  • Clearly articulate (both verbal and written) project status and issues management. 
  • AHM-250 or PAHM certification from the Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial, group/individual, Medicare, Medicaid plans and Blue-exchange plans.
  • Ability to travel heavily if required.
