Our Client base, which represents thousands of customers, is national and includes healthcare organizations with varying lines of business including Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, regional and national Payer organizations, PPO’s, specialty firms such as carve-outs, provider organizations, billing services, hospitals, DME suppliers, TPA’s, managed care services organizations, and some of the leading software vendors in the healthcare industry.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of AXIOM software product solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

Qualifications

  • MUST have project implementation experience within healthcare (payer, required). 
  • Strong leader with prior Payer Healthcare technology program and project management experience, who can drive the process, communicate, document, lead, coordinate and be self-sufficient and operate with limited need for guidance.
  • In-depth experience in the full implementation cycle of technology based software product solutions.
  • A documented track record of project management successes.
  • Prior experience with HIPAA and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and products a plus.
  • Sufficient experience, and flexibility to adapt quickly to new situations, and to ’’hit the ground running”.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, as well as the MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, MS Visio).
  • Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Travel will be required up to 80%.
  • A Midwest or East Coast home base location is a plus but not required.
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • BS or MS in Business Information Processing or similar business or IT disciplines
