To support its clients AXIOM is looking to fill a Sr. QNXT Product Consultant/Configuration Analyst providing support on client and/or internal projects such as product implementation, support, and assisting in the development of configuration solutions for core product systems.

  

Travel requirements could be up to 75%+ depending on client/project requirements

Responsibilities

  • Performing system configuration analysis, design, coding, unit testing on medium to very complex customer specific solutions during client product implementation.
  • Identifying gaps between external expectations and system limitations and suggesting configuration improvements or streamlined maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Analyzing complex customer business requirements and software/product objectives; performing configuration and unit tests.
  • Estimating time frames required to successfully complete activities.
  • Providing periodic status checks on all project activities to clients and internal teams, in order to assess progress against project plan. Providing regular and concise status reports to clients and direct manager.
  • Strong QNXT consulting skills in multiple areas of concentration (membership, benefits, pricing, etc)
  • Resolving escalated issues in the appropriate manner and appropriate timeframe, to meet client specific SLAs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in health plan specific systems configuration.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience working with QNXT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with query building using Rapid SQL, MS ACCESS and/or other technical analysis tools a plus.
