To support its clients AXIOM is looking to fill 2 DATA ANALYST (MAPPER)/TECHNICAL LEAD.


Relocation is not required, though weekly travel is.


The role if for a seasoned Data Analyst (Mapper) with expert knowledge of EDI, claims and prior experience leading a team of developers and analysts. An individual who can gather requirements through facilitating discussions with end user departments and management around  the following work streams 1) correspondence (EOB, EOP, ID Cards), 2) Interfaces (Data out and Data in/mapping etc.) and 3) EDI (HIPAA x.12). 

The Analyst would be part of the clients Integration Team who are working on a
deployment of HealthEdge’s Health Rules.



Any experience with the target system – HealthRules would be a huge value add although it is not a requirement. 

Experience with other leading packages is also a plus – Facets, QNXT, IKA Systems, Amisys.


Skills need to include:

  • Excellent communication written and oral
  • Strong Healthcare understanding (Payer)
  • Prior supervisor/manager of technical or business analysis team
  • Ability to be onsite/travel at client
  • Capable of bringing experience to the table and knowledge of industry (not just a note taker; someone who can contribute in a way that has dialogs with end users and challenges current ways to think about new ways of operating business and 
    affecting bottom line productivity etc.). 
  • Mix of business and technical knowledge also a plus (i.e. a BA that also has SA (Systems analysis) type knowledge).
