    We are currently seeking a Sales Executive.

     

    Summary:

     

    The Sales Executive plays a critical role in fueling AXIOM’s growth thru client relationships and winning business. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills, and a win-win mindset.  The ideal candidate possesses the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.  

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Executive within a national territory and quota.
    • Source prospective Healthcare clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads, conference attendance, and direct contact.
    • Conduct clients meetings to introduce new prospects to the value of AXIOM Systems, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize our professional services or products.
    • Selling healthcare consulting services including a variety of Systems Integration skill sets; delivered on a time and materials (staff augmentation), statement of work/project or managed service basis.
    • Selling AXIOM product solutions.
    • Manage and drive the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of solutions to clients.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate and drive the client solution development process, consultant placement and engagement process, which includes presentation of solutions, candidates, scheduling, and client preparation, debrief, scope planning and contract preparation and presentation.
    • Negotiate with client regarding billing rates, approaches and contract terms.
    • Prepare and present proposals, statement of works, letters of engagement etc.
    • Guide clients through the process, ensuring they have full clarity of expectations.
    • Perform Account management thru the management of relationships throughout the engagement/consulting assignment; expand AXIOM’s presence within existing client accounts.
    • Identify customer needs; being alert and responsive to changing customer business environment and needs.
    • Continuously expand the AXIOM client base through ongoing new business development.
    • Conduct all interactions with the utmost diplomacy and tact. 
    • Connect with prospects, clients, candidates and colleagues on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
    • Stay abreast of current industry trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development.

    Qualifications

    • 5 or more years of professional sales experience in technology focused consulting services sales, staffing sales, recruiting, or professional sales environment preferably within the Healthcare Payer market.
    • Healthcare Technology consulting sales or staffing sales experience
    • Goal Driven, Team Oriented, Customer Focused
    • Strong skills in customer relationship management, consultative sales and negotiation skills.
    • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. 
    • Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.com or other sales activity tracking applications.  
    • Demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service and leadership among peers.
    • Proficient at handling difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect.
    • Exhibits strong drive for results and success; despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influences and priorities.
    • Finds opportunities to sustain regular contact with clients and improve client retention.
    • Expertise within functional discipline.
    • Maintains courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • BA/BS degree preferred.

    Location and Travel

    • Any location in U.S.
    • Position is remote based but travel is as required and must be willing and able to travel.
