    To support its clients AXIOM is looking for 3-5 Technical Writers with strong documentation, healthplan (payer healthcare) and Facets experience.

     

    Relocation is not required, but 50% travel is required. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the documentation requirements
    • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
    • Write easy-to-understand desk level procedures and developer guides
    • Create detailed level document to support new business processes
    • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
    • Create and maintain the information and documentation

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience working with health payers in a documentation specialist/technical writer role.
      • Business Analysts with technical writing or documentation skills will also be considered. 
    • Strong familiarity with business processes within FACETS.
    • Proven working experience in business process redesign and technical writing of processes
    • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
    • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
    • Excellent written and communication skills in English
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
    • Strong end to end testing and documenting outcomes required.
