To support its clients AXIOM is looking to fill multiple Benefit Configuration positions. The ideal candidates will have experience working as part of a team within a consulting environment and will have:
Relocation is not required, though possible weekly travel is.
Benefit configuration according to the clients business; Create, maintain, and disseminate documentation as required; Apply and expand existing skills and abilities to develop and deliver high quality and timely work products; Work as a team member to meet configuration goals.
3-5 years’ experience with configuration focused on Benefits.
Expert knowledge of Benefits configuration
3-5 years building Benefit plans within a healthcare payer organization
Understanding benefits configuration and how it relates to claims, operations, etc.
Excellent experience with MicroSoft product suite, specifically Excel
